One of the managers face issue with his calendar, he is always travelling from one country to another, once he pick a meeting and select Athens time zone and he is based in London, and save the appointment, and access it again he can see its in Athens time zone, but when he print out the calendar for a month its shown in local time zone (London time zone) not Athens time zone, this manager travelling to many different countries, so its not efficient to add Athens time zone as additional local time zone in his machine and also his secretary access the manager calendar from different machine, what should i do to fix this issue?

Hi,

I'm afraid there is no workaround for this issue now. When we create an meeting and change the time zone, it shows up in the calendar based on the local time zone setting. When printing in Monthly view, it only prints the meeting as what it looks in the calendar. You may try to find if there is any third-party add-in that may achieve the goal.
